I thought it was maybe going to be hard as so many pieces. I think this is an amazing idea. Instructions easy to follow. My daughter found this easy to do as was all numbered and the picture on the box helped her. She did find the pieces easy to hold and place in position. She thought it was super easy even though the pieces are tiny. My daughter loved creating this puzzle. She was so happy to have managed to complete without any adult help. Now completed it is back in the box and we are going to buy a frame for her wall. It took my daughter about 45-50 minutes to complete the Rocket puzzle. She’s not tried something new with it but we didn’t really think to try something else. Completing this did help her focus and be patient. I thought she would give up but she didn’t. I did not know you could wash these pieces in washing machine. That would be great especially if she does it again if she’s poorly then can wash all the germs away. She loved the fact it was by number as she struggles with normal puzzles. I loved that my daughter actually sat down and done it and didn’t complain or ask for help. Definitely good value and I would buy this. The puzzle pieces were solid. This was age appropriate for her as it’s not too hard to do but challenging maybe for other children. I would look at other Plus-Plus puzzles to purchase as it made my daughter interested. If I had the spare money I would order one for my older child. I already have told family about it especially my sister who’s child has disabilities as I think she would enjoy doing it. Absolutely amazing product altogether. Absolutely fantastic design for children and young teens. Nicola Taylor – Arianna 6 Years

Initially I thought it would be very adult led. Fun and engaging. Fabulous! Ideal puzzle to take camping like we did for children that need that quiet time on their own. Instructions easy for a child to follow independently by using the life size picture as a guide to build on top of. My child found the puzzle easy to use as colours clearly marked, template very easy for children to follow and life size. Puzzle pieces were easy to hold and slot into position, but initially starting off needed a little help due to it moving. Maybe have a frame to build it into? Completing this puzzle using numbers was fantastic. He loved creating this puzzle and has since had it put up in his bedroom wall to keep! He was very proud once he had completed puzzle, he even wanted the rocket put up on his bedroom wall to keep. He shows his friends when they come over. This is now in his bedroom, on the wall. When friends/family members come over he likes to take them up and show him and tell them how he made it. It took him about 4 days to complete working on it about an hour each day. He used it as quality quite time which he very much needs away from his crazy 4 year old brother. He has not used the pieces to create something else, although I’m sure if he had more pieces he would have designed something else. He just didn’t want to destroy the rocket he was so proud of. Absolutely helped him focus and be patient. Brilliant time to focus and engaging enough to get them away from watching their tablet. I did not know you can wash these pieces in the washing machine, but this is brilliant. We took ours camping and luckily it was a dry weekend. If not I can imagine it would have been muddy/sticky from drinks etc. Being able to wash them means they can be used over and over. My son loved the proud feeling as he was building it up, the more it resembled a rocket the more excited he got. When he completed the window he was super proud and made up a story about how the people can look out the window at the moon. I loved how it gives him independence and engaging, gives him a sense of achievement and gets him off a tablet screen without any mess. I do agree good value, however it is quite a lot of money for one product. I would like to see it more around the £16 mark. Brilliant quality, no snapping and held together well once built. This was age appropriate for my son. Although I think for 11/12 year old it may have been a bit simple. I think it needs smaller sizes for the older age range otherwise it will be completed too quickly. I would buy other Plus-Plus puzzles. My son thoroughly enjoyed it and still has it on his wall. I like the idea of focusing away from apps and television. I would buy this puzzle. Although I think it was priced too high, the engagement factor would be worth it. I would recommend. Moving them away from tablets, getting them to focus on something else, engaging, stimulating and end product too. Top marks for all the above reasons of the stimulation, engaging, can be completed independently. Ideal for taking with you when travelling. Compact enough take away and well made so unlikely to break. Engaging and gives the child a sense of self achievement and proudness. Child led activity to develop independence. Encourages focus and creativity. Charlotte House – Milo 6 Years

It looked quite intriguing as to how this type of puzzle would work. Nice picture on the front of the box although box wasn’t typical jigsaw style with lid on/off. Very clever and suitably entertaining for the kids. My daughter managed to follow the instructions easily enough. It was a bit fiddly to complete as very small pieces but it took her a few days to finish. To have a puzzle to complete by numbers was good and my daughter really enjoyed this as loves paint by numbers. When she finally finished it yes she was very proud. We tried to move it but it was very long. In the end it was taking up space in the lounge so had to put it back in pieces in the box. It took my daughter over 2 days to complete dipping in and out. We have not used the pieces to create something new yet, but my son who is 6 wants to try something next. This did help stimulate her focus and patience. Her friend helped her do this and they chatted throughout. I did not know you could wash these puzzle pieces, but it would be useful if the pieces became sticky. My daughter loved it was something new and not seen before. I liked the fact it kept her quite for a period of time. It is quite a lot of money for plastic pieces in a standard box. This is a good quality puzzle. This was age appropriate for my daughter. Younger children than 6 may have found this trickier. If they were on offer I may consider buying other puzzles in the collection. I would buy this puzzle if I saw it on offer. I would recommend to others as it is something new and kept her entertained. There is not much you can do with it once built. The rocket is very long. It was a nice new concept. Pieces were fiddly. Colours were bright. Price is a lot. Maybe smaller puzzles at a cheaper price. Or smaller ones you can make from a big one? Box would look better if has a lid. Kept my daughter entertained and she really liked it. Victoria Witton – Matilda 9 Years
