Quinola Mothergrain Organic Baby Food – Stage 2

At around 8 months, baby can discover this delicious new recipe. The fork mash texture will get him familiar with slightly more solid food. The mix between swede and parsnip will give baby a more savoury introduction to vegetables, with all the quinoa goodness that comes with it. Swede & Parsnip, Carrot & Quinoa – http://quinolababy.com/en/our-products/swede-parsnip-carrot-quinoa/

I feel it looks wholesome and full of goodness for my baby. I like the pictures of the mother with her baby on the front it’s very sweet and having a picture of the vegetables makes it easy to know what I am giving my baby. I am not familiar with this brand. This is very easy to prepare. I had no concerns about giving this to my daughter as natural ingredients and organic. She loved the food she was guzzling it down ready for the next spoonful! I did try this myself and it tastes a lot nicer than other baby foods! I usually make home cooked food for my baby but I have jars and pouches for when I’m out and about or busy. I think this is a reasonable price for natural organic baby food. I would purchase this as my baby really loved it. I would certainly recommend. A lovely packaged baby food, great tasting food and combination of flavours, my baby thoroughly enjoyed the pouches and I will definitely buy this again. Alice Hobbs – Isabel 9 Months

Very impressed with the packaging. Good design, very informative and easy pouch to use. Also contained all the information you needed on the packet. Never heard of this brand before. So easy to prepare just pop in microwave and ready in seconds. Good quality baby food as all natural and organic. We do purchase ready-made foods for those times when we are too busy to make out own. My son’s really enjoyed these. They scoffed them down quickly, so seal of approval from my twins. Compared to other natural and organic baby foods this is in the right price bracket. My son’s enjoyed these so will be purchasing again. Already recommended. A good quality, natural ready-made baby food which my son’s certainly enjoyed. Samuel Singleton – Jamie and Richie 9 Months

Looked very healthy! Stiff cardboard packaging with clear description of the product. Good graphics which leans to the naturalness of the ingredients. Good instructions. Everything was clear to read and understand. I had never heard of this brand before or seen it. Very easy to prepare – put in bowl and put in microwave. Couldn’t ask for it to any simpler. No concern with this baby food as everything is natural. Unfortunately, Niamh didn’t like it. Pulled faces, spat it out and gagged. Was definitely not a fan. To me, it tasted like the pinto one tasted like refried beans and would go well with a Mexican dish! Maybe too strong a flavour for little people. I always have some ready-made baby food in the cupboard for nights where our meal isn’t suitable for a baby or for when we are out and about over mealtimes. For its good quality ingredients and amount of food in the pouch (would do my little girl 2 or 3 meals), it is good value. But if I was to see it on the shelf in a supermarket, its price tag would probably put me off buying it to try. My tester wasn’t impressed so although it is a great product, it won’t be a regular part of her meal plan. I have several friends who have food intolerances and/or are wary of introducing certain foods to their babies before the age of one. I would definitely recommend this product to them. Great packaging, original concept and high quality ingredients, but not something we would buy regularly. A very healthy baby dish but not liked by my mini taster. Kerry Garland – Niamh 8 Months
