My initial thoughts were I was a bit nervous as I’ve never used anything like that before and I didn’t know how it would be. I think it’s a really great idea, a lot of people have trouble with the pelvic floor after giving birth so it’s a great idea for anybody who is in that situation. The instructions were really easy to follow and I understood them straight away. I found the toner really easy to use. The lubricant was really helpful, it didn’t feel like it was hard work getting it in and also wasn’t uncomfortable. Once in place I found it was completely discreet and east to use in the comfort of my home. I found it really easy to control and easy to work out which setting was best for me. I have used the pelvic floor toner possibly three or four times since receiving it and it has been really helpful. I felt like it was easier and more effective than just doing pelvic floor exercises as it requires less time and effort than doing it yourself Without the machine. I have never used a pelvic floor toner before. I have felt that there is more control of my bladder since using the pelvic floor toner, I feel the more I use it the more comfortable I feel and the safer I feel with my bladder control. I did have trouble with not being able to hold the urine in if I really needed to go but that seems to be having a better time now due to the pelvic floor toner. I definitely liked that it was drug free and safe I don’t like to have medication in my system unless it’s really necessary so the drug free option is always better for me. I felt a sense of improvement after my first two times very small at first but as I’ve been using it more and more it’s been getting more strength and more improvement in the muscles in the pelvic floor. I do not feel this had any impact in intercourse as I never had trouble within that area. I will definitely be using this product for the foreseeable future, it’s a beneficial thing that will always be needed especially as I get older. I like most about the pelvic floor toner is that it does a lot of work for you and it is discreet so it can be used at home without anyone knowing that you’re doing it. I felt the pelvic floor toner was really good quality and definitely worth the money. Before using the toner I actually thought the price tag was quite steep however after using it I can see the benefits and actually is worth the money. I would definitely consider buying this product it’s got a lot of benefits not just Healthwise but it Minimises embarrassment of a leaking bladder. I would definitely consider recommending this to friends and family who have a bladder issue as it’s worked really well for me. Overall I give this a 5 out of 5 it was a really great product and it really has health benefits. The health benefits of the pelvic floor toner outweigh the cost, I found that it’s really helped me in the short amount of time I’ve used it which means the long-term benefits are really worth investing in. The packaging was professional and when opened everything looked good in separate packaging. I particularly liked the small storage bag for discrete storage. I was quite pleased to try this as like a large number of mothers I had gone through a period of stress incontinence. The instructions were really clear with good explanation about the different uses and the amount of time a treatment would need to take. I was quite nervous at first using this as it definitely initially took me out of my comfort zone and I turned on first and shocked my hand. This meant I was a little concerned about what it might feel like. But once I started using it with the controls I realised that actually I shouldn’t have been concerned as it was not as strong as I had imagined and I could easily control the intensity. I was pleased that the lubricant gel was included but I didn’t need it. It was discreet, I would use it in bed while reading a book in the evening. The controls were easy to use and control the intensity without any issues. I used it for a week at a time. Then took a break and will go back to using it again. But potentially more intermittently. I much preferred this to doing pelvic floor exercises as I could feel it working and saw good results in quite a short place of time. I have never used a Pelvic Floor Toner before but would recommend this one for ease of use and discreetness. I definitely found the occurrence of stress incontinence reduced. This definitely improved the laughing and sneezing worries. I loved that I could make a difference to my pelvic floor without drugs and think this is a good thing to try after a baby. I noticed a difference within one week of starting to use it regularly. I think that you would need to continue to use it less regularly to maintain the results. This did improve sensation during intercourse which was another pleasant advantage.I will continue to use this device now because I am very pleased with the results and it is easy to use. Good results in a relatively short space of time. The quality was good and I have high hopes that this will have longevity of use. I think that given how effective it is and for how long it can be used it is great value for money. I have been converted. I might have been out off by the price to start with but I think that this is a great investment for mums out there. I would recommend this product as it is effective and discreet. Really pleased to have tried this product and hope to continue using it in the future. Overall, a great product, that I would recommend to others to try. Don’t be put off by the price but see it as an investment for the future. Sally Eves-Dann

I liked the packaging and the fact it had a fairly young woman on it. I thought this made it more appealing to younger women that might feel a bit embarrassed about needing to purchase one. I think it’s a good idea. I am rubbish at remembering to do pelvic floor exercises. The instructions are really easy to follow. Clear and easy to read. It was easy to use. I had no problems. The lubricant supplied certainly helped. The toner isn’t too large but it made it just that bit more comfortable. It was discreet. It was surprisingly quiet! I didn’t use it around other family members but had someone come in my room they never would have known I was using it as it made no noise at all. It was really easy to control the strength of the electronic pulses. Just a touch of a button on the remote. I used on average 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time (this was the time limit on the program I needed to use). This was certainly easier to remember to use than doing pelvic floor exercises. I was able to use it when watching TV and just let it get on and do its job. This is the first time I’d used a pelvic floor toner. I certainly haven’t had any loss of bladder control from sneezing or coughing so I think it is making a difference. I haven’t had the chance to do a full workout yet so that will be the real test but I’ve not suffered any leakage from sneezing or coughing recently which is great. I love this is drug free and safe as no risks at all which is great. I’d say it’s taken a month of using to notice an improvement but it does advise in the instructions it can take 2 months of usage to see a real difference. I can’t say I have noticed improved sensation during intercourse yet but this may change with continued use. Definitely can see me using this for years to come. I can’t see me ever being good at remembering to do pelvic floor exercises but this product makes it so easy. I really liked how quiet it was. It feels a good quality and comfortable product to use. It doesn’t feel cheap or that it would break easily. I think its good value for money considering it can be used again and again. I would certainly buy it. It’s something I should have started using years ago! I would recommend it to friends and family that would benefit from it. It works and it’s easy to use. This is a good device and helps what is a big issue for a lot of women. Comfortable, easy to use and discreet! Samantha Turnbull
