Good size of bottle for price. Liked the idea of something easy to use that could just be left in. Simple to follow instructions no effort required. This was really easy to use. good design, large bottle size with good spray action. Found my hair to be very soft following application, especially the next morning. Have noticed a little less hair breakage. I don’t really style my hair but wearing it tied back all the time at work I have found that my hair appears to be a bit stronger. This was effective calming frizz down and found my hair was less frizzy.  I used after I washed my hair so every couple of days. Noticed an improvement straight away. I loved the smell, had a nice fragrance of honey with a hint of vanilla. Really nice quality product with a good texture and easy to apply.  It is a huge bottle, and even following regular use over the test period I have still only used about 1/5 of it! I liked how easy and hassle free it was especially being a busy working mum. It did what it said it would with no drama. I would buy this for all the reasons above.  Great value for money.  I would recommend as it was effective at doing what it was supposed to do and at a good price. Excellent product which did as it claimed. Good value for money. Even my 3 year old was impressed with its detangling abilities in her own hair.  Overall I feel that the product is great quality, effective and great value for money. The pleasant fragrance and easy application were an added bonus. Vicky Bantock

smelled nice, packaging was satisfactory but not very eye-catching. The concept is great; I love the story behind where it came from and the fact that it is somebody’s legacy. Anything that promises to relieve frizz in my hair is a welcome product so I was looking forward to giving it a go. The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow, however I’m always a bit sceptical about the use of the word ‘generous’ in a set of instructions as it’s such a subjective term. It’s definitely a trial and error situation, working out just how much of the product is enough to tame hair without causing it to become greasy or slimy. As any spray bottle, it was easy to use. It released an appropriate amount of product per spray in a light mist, which I really liked, however as the bottle grew emptier, it became frustrating to do the underside of my hair as when held upside down, the spray mechanism was unable to pump any product. I actually really liked how the bottle was tall and thin rather than short and fat; it took up less room on my dressing table and was a lot easier to spot among a range of products. The only downside to this, of course, is that the level of product lowers more quickly, so the bottle needs to be upright to suck up any product, as mentioned before regarding spraying the underside of my hair. Personally though, I’d rather have a tall skinny, easy-to-spot bottle and manage the spraying problem than have a short and fat bottle that gets lost on a dressing table. Generally speaking, the product did a good job at reconditioning my hair, which admittedly, has been quite dry recently. However, it was put to the test on some humid days in terms of maintaining smoothness and it wasn’t very effective. On a normal day, it works fine but it is not yet ready to withstand some of the delightful weather conditions we get. I would agree that the product is effective at protection your hair from damage when prepping and styling. I’m quite hard on my hair, some days I leave it to air dry, other days, I’ll use a hairdryer and others I’ll use a straightener. In any of the above scenarios, the spray made a difference to the overall finish of my hair, however mostly on days when I used heat, such as hairdryer or straightener. On days when I didn’t use the product, there was a difference to the number of flyaway hairs in the first instance, but these did tame naturally. It did make me think that the product would need to be used every day to be effective, rather than it working overtime as a treatment to repair hair. Generally speaking, yes, this product was effective in fighting frizz aside from days where we were faced with really muggy conditions. Hair was generally tamer and had less flyaways. I think the bottom of my hair needs a bit more of the spray to have an effect on split ends; I tended to focus largely on the top of my head/frizz rather than split ends as this was less of a problem. I used this most days and certainly noticed a difference on days when I hadn’t used it. The improvement was instant, however I felt it was necessary to use the product on a daily basis to maintain the improvement. If there was a day that I didn’t use the product, my hair appeared to return to its original condition. This was a real positive for me and definitely an incentive to use the product more regularly. It smells amazing and is instantly pleasing. I can tell the product has been well made and I think overall it’s a really good product. I really like that it takes fair trade into account and the fact that it is sulphate free is a bonus, and I’m glad they label that on the bottle. For those in need of something to tame their frizz and condition their hair quickly, this is a really good item; it would also provide benefits for those who have sleek, beautifully conditioned hair, and the smell is a reason alone to buy it! I really liked the shape and size of the bottle and the smell of the product. I was pleased, of course, that it helped to condition my hair, however with so many other products on the market that do the same, the bottle and smell would be the main selling points for me. If I needed a product to sort out my frizz and recondition my hair, this would be one that I would return to, however, I wouldn’t buy it if my hair was of a reasonable condition; I would rather invest in an in-shower conditioner that would maintain the condition of my hair. Again, if a friend was having trouble maintaining their hair and keeping it in good condition, I would recommend this, however if their hair was not a problem, I wouldn’t. I really liked this product overall. The bottle was a good design, the story behind the product is just lovely and I feel satisfied knowing that it is a family business. I really like the fact that it is fair trade and sulphate free. It smells absolutely amazing. It is effective at taming frizz. The product comes out of the bottle in a really nice light mist so it is easy to manage just how much product you are putting on your hair. Overall, I have had a very positive experience of this product. Siobhra Cran

Arrived in nice packaging.  It’s a great concept, especially both my daughter and I follow the curly girl method. Instructions clear and simple. Very easy to use, nothing complicated at all. Design looks good, pump action spray was easy to use.  It wasn’t bad at all although my hair is very thirsty so would have needed a lot more than I used to be completely effective. It worked nicely on my daughter’s curly hair too. I do not tend to style my hair so do not use heat on it at all. It definitely helped fight frizz and split ends. I used this every couple of days.  It was around the third time of use that I noticed it had started to have a longer lasting effect. I do like the aroma, although it is quite strong. My husband doesn’t and it irritates his asthma. Seems to be of excellent quality.  Unless you have very, very dry hair so would need to use a lot, I would say it was good value. I loved the ease of use. I would buy this as it does what is says it does. I would recommend because I liked this product and worked well for me.  It definitely has a positive effect on my hair and on my daughter’s too. It smells nice and the fragrance lasts well. You don’t need to use much for it to be effective unless you have really dry hair and it’s not heavy at all. Liz Fowle
