When I first took the sleeping bag out of the packaging, the first thing I noticed was how soft it was. I was impressed by how generous the sizing was too, definitely lots of room for growing, which is important if spending £75.The concept is a game changer! I have lost count of how many nights have been interrupted by blankets and covers falling off my little boy throughout the night and generic sleeping bags were too constricting for him so led to tantrums and meltdowns at bed time. A bag with feet was a happy compromise, though I knew it would still require some tactful ‘mummy marketing’ towards my toddler. The design is great, it’s roomy enough to not make the child feel constricted and ‘stuck’. The feet allow ease of movement and still give them the ‘kicking’ feeling in bed. The cuffs aren’t too tight so my little boy barely even noticed it was a sleeping bag. The zip is really easy to pull up and down, which my toddler loved doing and made him feel like he was helping. I also really like how there were poppers at the arm holes to make it tighter if necessary although I didn’t feel the need to use these. The fit was great, lots of room for growing but didn’t feel like my little boy was swimming in it. Enough  room to wiggle and jiggle but not enough for it to fall off the shoulders easily or become a tripping hazard. My son wears cloth nappies at bedtime, and while some sleeping bags in the past have been a little tight around the nappy area, there was ample room in this. My son loved putting this sleeping bag on and got quite excited about it each night. He was definitely comfortable and could move around easily in it. It affected his sleep for the better, with less wake ups due to the cold or getting tangled. I liked how the tog was reasonably low as it allowed for easy layering of pyjamas and vests where necessary. This fully met the design criteria. My little boy was more than happy moving around with the sleeping bag on and enjoyed showing it off to people through the house before he hopped into bed. The cuffs around the ankles kept the sleeping bag from falling too low and becoming a tripping hazard and allowed for normal movement. The sleeping bag was never completely against my child’s skin as he was wearing pyjamas under it, however, I must say I was impressed by how soft and luxurious it felt and in hot weather, I would not have hesitated putting it directly against my son’s skin. Mostly used at night time in bed but my son did happily move through our house wearing it. As long as the sleeping bag was clean, he wore it every night. It became a nice part of the bedtime routine as he enjoyed pulling up the zip and saying night night to the dinosaurs in the pictures. Very easy to wash and easy to dry. Washing didn’t affect the softness of the product and it retained the ‘new’ feeling even after being washed. The washing instructions are pretty standard and pretty clear to follow. I really liked that it gave my son the freedom to move around before bed time and allowed for a very smooth transition into bed. I must say though, I was also highly impressed by the quality of the product overall. I was very impressed by the overall quality of the product. It was extremely well made, down to the smallest detail and evidently made with the comfort of children in mind. the design options are great and not over stimulating but appeal to most children’s interests. The ankle cuffs are a great size, neither loose nor tight but with ample stretch and I really appreciate the fact that they are made with room for growing. Initially, I thought this product was quite expensive but upon using it and realising how high quality it was, I believe it is absolutely worth the price. I would buy this as it would be really useful to have two of these on rotation while one is in the wash. I would feel confident that I would be getting good value for money and would not hesitate to buy a second. I would recommend particularly to those who have children who either feel restricted in sleeping bags or move around so much in their sleep that their covers get kicked off. I really loved this product. It was so well made and so easy to use. I really liked that it allowed my son to have another part to play in the bedtime routine (zipping up the bag) and the patterns on the sleeping bag were lovely and very much appealed to my son. The sleeping bag allows good room for growing and washes extremely well so I predict it will last a long time. I was so happy with the overall experience of using this sleeping bag and i know that my son absolutely approved of it. It was super soft, super cosy but allowed for layering on colder nights, the patterns were gorgeous, lots of room for growing, washes really well, toddler-friendly, really comfortable and had a wonderfully positive impact on both the bedtime routine and generally sleep. I would wholeheartedly recommend this to others and cannot fault it in any way. Siobhra Cran – Sionnach 2 Years 6 Months

I thought it was wonderfully soft and had some very sweet designs on it. Charlie slept in sleeping bags until we could no longer find them in his size (about age 2) and absolutely loved them. I wasn’t sure whether he would take to them now though as he’s used to having a duvet instead. When it arrived though, it looked very cosy and I decided they should go up to adult size! The concept is very good if it helps the child to settle at night. I wasn’t sure if the design was a little young for him, but he absolutely loved it – he loves anything with dinosaurs on so couldn’t wait to have it on. It was a very good fit for him as advised on the website. There is still plenty of growing room for him but it is roomy enough to be cosy. Once he slept in it once, he decided he wanted to sleep in it every night! He’s slept very well in it since he received it and has stopped waking up in the middle of the night, so it is working very well! The freedom to move around was very effective. Sometimes he wore it when he was cold downstairs and he was still able to play happily whilst wearing it. Charlie suffers with dry skin and eczema. This is the softest material you could wish for so is perfect for being on your child’s skin and makes it very comfortable to wear. He wore it mostly in bed at night, even insisting on wearing it when it was very warm. He didn’t complain about being too hot wearing it though so it must regulate his temperature quite well as his arms and feet remain uncovered. He wore this almost every night since he received it (almost a month ago). My biggest issue is I can’t wash and dry it quickly enough in one day as I don’t have a dryer, so some nights he wasn’t able to wear it as it was still wet. washing instructions  were helpful and it was very easy to wash. It just takes a while to dry, even next to a dehumidifier. I liked that it helped to keep Charlie settled at night. Although it didn’t make him sleep in any later, i felt as though he was having more restful sleep, so it must be cosy!  The quality was excellent. It was as soft as you could wish for, the colours don’t run or fade in the wash and I didn’t find there was any shrinkage either. I thought it was expensive compared to the baby ones we used to buy, however considering how much bigger it is, the fact it is made from organic cotton and how well it helps him to sleep, I  don’t think it is bad value for money. The baby ones only used to fit for 6 months but this would easily fit for a year, meaning the SlumberOrganix only ends up marginally more expensive in the end. i would definitely consider buying another one, then i have 2 on rotation to be worn and washed / dried! Charlie slept very well and was very settled at night wearing this so i think it is worth buying them just so he gets a good night’s sleep. A well-rested child is definitely a happy child! i would recommend this product. Anything which helps young children to sleep better is worth its weight in gold! I have friends whose children sleep terribly so i think they would greatly benefit from these sleeping bags.  I can’t think of anything bad to say about the sleeping bag. At first I thought it was on the expensive side, but the grobags for babies are £25 – £30 each and only fit for 6 months, so these actually work out a very similar cost for a year’s fit. With these also being organic cotton and particularly kind to skin for children with skin problems, they are brilliant. They are also much softer than the towelling material sleeping bags we’ve had before, so must be much more comfortable to sleep in and certainly wash better too. Overall, these sleeping bags are great in every way. They are soft, cosy, roomy and they wash well. I wish they dried quicker but that cannot be helped! My child won’t sleep without it on now if it is dry. He absolutely loves it. And considering he wakes up refreshed and happy, i think it is a product every parent should try! I loved the design and thought it was incredibly soft! My daughter was excited to try it out. I think the idea of a sleeping bag with feet is wonderful, especially for toddlers for when they wake up in the night or first thing in the morning, they aren’t stuck in their bed waiting to be ‘released’ from a sleeping bag. Really cute design and appealing to my daughter. I ordered a size up so it would last, and actually the sleeping bag fitted my 6 year old perfectly! It measures 110cm but she measures 118cm, so I would say it is a little large, but I don’t think that’s a bad thing. The poppers on the sleeves help to make this fit better also. She was very comfortable, especially as it was very soft. This was super effective. It was great for watching a movie on a Friday night, where my daughter fell asleep on the sofa in the sleeping bag, and we could take her straight upstairs without waking her. And before falling asleep she was able to get up and move around, without restriction due to the feet within the sleeping bag. The sleeping bag was very gentle on the skin, it is incredibly soft and lovely to touch. My daughter mainly wore this in bed. It was most helpful on warmer nights. I’d say around 2-3 nights a week, she was able to choose between the sleeping bag or duvet. came through the wash well and retained softness. I like how soft the material is. It feels well-made and well designed. I think it will last. I think the sleeping bag is quite expensive but that is due to the quality of the materials. I would not buy this only because my daughter is that bit older. I think I would buy if I had an 18-24 month old, I think it would be perfect. I would recommend as it is well made, well designed, and comfortable. We really liked the sleeping bag and I think the feet are a great idea to give a toddler freedom of movement. I think the price point is a little high. I think the sleeping bag would be perfect for going camping also! We enjoyed testing the sleeping bag, and we are going away (glamping) later in the year – we will definitely be taking the sleeping bag with us. Thank you for the opportunity to test and review. Phillipa Hunt – Zoe 3 Years
