The packaging was a little lack-lustre, and it seemed squashed into the packet rather than folded neatly like some things are but the product felt of high quality and once I got it out I realised there is no folding neatly of this product. It was fine :). I thought it was a great idea; I was forever tucking muslins under the hood of my buggy.  In all honesty it was so easy I didn’t need to read instructions thoroughly. I am familiar with sunshades and always find them easy to use- this was really simple. I used it over my mothercare orb stroller. The fit was good although I found it a little looser than I expected.  Think it could have been different if I’d have used it when buggy is in cot mode. I also used it on our mothercare nanu stroller and it was a really good fit on this. It was fairly snug once I had adjusted it correctly on the orb, it was absolutely fine on our stroller too (mothercare nanu). As it’s the middle of winter we didn’t use it for very long walks, it was really effective for test runs in the sun. it didn’t provide much warmth and she was probably intrigued as to why everything was a little shady that day, so took a little longer to nap than normal (though that could have just been her!).  The breathable fabric allows air to circulate freely and this was very effective. I would feel confident using this in summer despite it being black. The sneak a peek is literally my favourite part of the design- with other shades you have to completely remove one corner to check on them. I have no way of measuring how effective this was in the sunshine, but there’s definitely no way things (bugs) could get in there unless it was standing for a long time and managed to find a way under the loops. I don’t know if I would use this all year round. Yes the sun can be bright (and low) but equally the hoods on some pushchairs are really effective. It’s like an extra layer though so perhaps I will start using it more when it gets frosty/very cold. It ‘folds’ up very small so would be perfect to take travelling. We use it loosely to stop dust and debris falling in the spare buggy when we’re not using it. If we had a cat I would use it to stop them climbing in! I first used it for about a week doing school runs and also visiting friends locally. I didn’t take it on a long journey though but it’s in the car on the stroller now for fair weather walks. I would buy this.  I am so excited to use it and make the most of it in the warm weather. It’s really nice material, not plasticky at all and really smooth/silky. It feels cool to touch so I’m guessing when it’s warm this will be really helpful.  Definitely liked the peek pouch! Love being able to check on her without causing a fuss. I think it also helped to keep her asleep longer as it was darker in the buggy so she wasn’t disturbed as easily by movement once we’d stopped. I haven’t needed to wash it yet, it’s so smooth, and any dirt wipes off super easily. I think the quality must be good for it to have stayed looking as good for so long. Personally I would be looking in the region of £20 for something like that but having used it I do feel it is worth the expense. It’s not something I would have thought to buy, but having used it I wouldn’t go back. I think it needs to be shown how easy it is to attach and use, once people have tried it they will like it I think. I have recommended it to friends who are much more active than me. This would be great over a jogging stroller too, to stop the wind chill. I have scored the SnoozeShade plus 5 out of 5 because there’s nothing else I would expect this to be able to do. It’s really good quality and really simple and effective to use. Hannah Holt – Florence 8 Months

I love the fact is invented by a real mum, and its more appealing from the fact that is super safe for sun protection. The instruction are very clear, but honestly I didn’t use them, because it’s so easy to use. It fits my buggy perfectly – I have Graco Evo pushchair.  Once fitted it was very secure. I use it mostly when we are going outside in the park, and also when my baby has a nap, so I use the shade to ensure he can have a good rest.  I think the SnoozeShade Plus is absolutely a Need To Have item as it helps a lot. I think the material is very good for breathing, the air can circulate easily.  The sneak a peek is a really helpful invention. I can check my baby without need to open the whole shade. This is great for days out and will be even better in the summer.  It has been really helpful for light rain and wind and I do not even use my rain cover now as the shade was enough. This is something I will be using all year round.  This is the perfect travel accessory and I can keep on the pram so I can use it everywhere.  I mainly used this for my son’s naps.  I now use this regularly.  This is an absolute ‘Must Have’ and I cannot imagine the summer without this. The quality is perfect. I like that the shade is very easy to use, easy to put on and to store, it does not take a lot of space.  It is washable so very easy to keep clean.  Quality is great, material perfect and just what I needed.  I think this is very good value for money.  I would buy this. I can’t imagine the summer without this shade, especially when we go camping. I already have recommended it because I believe it’s good for every mum.  This is absolutely brilliant.  Easy and safe way to keep my baby safe, perfect protection from sun, rain and wind. Absolutely love it. Margarita Yotova – Bobi 9 Months

It arrived in brilliant packaging, small and light. I loved the plastic cover initially but then saw it came in a separate fabric carry bag. I wonder if the plastic bag is needed. The carry bag was great to use and really handy to carry around. Brilliant concept as my little boy finds it difficult to sleep in the pushchair. Definitely gave him fewer distractions and made the pushchair much darker inside. Well explained instructions to make it easy to use as well as showing the features like the zips etc. It was easy to stretch over the pushchair when you figured out which way round it went in terms on the zips. There were a lot of straps to contend with but this is obviously to secure to the pushchairs. I used it the Babystyle Prestige and although it went over the pushchair really well, there aren’t many exposed bars to attach the straps to. It might have been better if it was a little more elasticated or had the option to change the size with studs. When fitted, it was quite baggy over where my baby sits because we couldn’t use any more straps to secure it with. We had to really try and stretch it well to make sure it wasn’t near his face. We did try to use it to help my baby have a nap but unfortunately it didn’t work for us. I’m hoping that with time this will get better as he gets more used to it and not being able to see us. We left it over him for a while and ended up having to remove it as he became quite unsettled. The fabric is very soft and is obviously very breathable. I had no concerns when using it with my little boy at all. We used the slip at the top initially to keep it dark but so that our baby could also be reassured and still see us too. It is in an easy, handy place and great to have a little peep in or pop a dummy back in. Can only comment on chill and wind but the SnoozeShade did seem very effective at keeping out a light wind to stop baby from becoming too cool. His pushchair is already well padded but this stopped the head wind getting into him and he seemed very content.  It would be great to be used all year round for naps and when visiting people and would be safe as long as it’s been fitted correctly and isn’t too lose as ours was initially due to the style of the pushchair. Because of how compact the bag is, we now keep it in the bottom of the pushchair as its ideal to carry around. I have been using it when I’m longer trips out when I hope that baby will have a nap e.g. when shopping so use it once/twice a week. It has been brilliant during the cold weather so I’m hoping it will be equally good in the warm and can’t wait use it to keep the sun off while hopefully keeping him cool. Excellent quality and materials used and clearly there has been a lot of thought and care gone into making it. Maybe there could be different sizes made though to fit different styles of prams and pushchairs. I loved how it provided shelter from the wind and cooler weather and also took away a lot of distractions for him to keep him calm and settled. Wiped clean when needed but very easy. Excellent quality and materials used and clearly there has been a lot of thought and care gone into making it. Maybe there could be different sizes made though to fit different styles of prams and pushchairs. Good value for money but I wouldn’t be happy with how it fit my model of pushchair and would be much better if there were different sizes. Excellent value if fits your pushchair securely though! I would buy one as I love the idea of my little boy have shelter, privacy and limiting him distractions. I have already recommended it! Would have been a 5 if I could have used more straps to make it more secure around my pushchair. Excellent in providing shade and shelter. Made of great fabric that is clearly breathable and safe. Straps are brilliant but didn’t fit our style of pram effectively and I’m worried it could be dangerous if not fitted securely. I wonder if different sizes could be made or a way of making it more elasticated. Definitely going to continue to use to encourage naps! Rianna Hunt – Jacob 6 Months
