I thought it was great how it could be taken apart and put back together however you liked.  I think it’s a great idea that can be used for play at any time and that it teaches colours and shapes. Instructions easy to follow. My son definitely got straight into taking apart and putting back together. My son found the stacking cups very easy to hold. My son really enjoyed stacking horizontally. He has enjoyed feeling the spikes on the stacking cups so I’d say he has enjoyed the sensory side of this toy. We definitely did use this as a bath time toy and it was my sons idea to take it into the bath which is now his favourite bath time toy to play with. This has also helped him with shapes, colours and numbers.  He has loved learning shapes and loves the colours. This is played with most days as well as bath time. He took it to school for show and tell as he loves it that much. This was mostly played with at bath time. This has kept him entertained and busy. This was definitely ideal age group for my son.  It has kept him interested stacking and saying the different colours and shapes also using it as a pourer in the bath. My son says its colourful like the rainbow. I loved how colourful it was and that it can be stacked how he liked. Its great value and it’s something I would definitely buy. Great quality it’s lasted so well in the bath. I definitely would buy this toy. I would recommend for all the reasons above. This is great quality and it’s kept my son entertained for longer than I thought. Overall a fantastic product at a really good price I would be satisfied to buy this from a shop after the amount of entertainment it has given my little boy. Kerry Louise Tatton – Jacob 3 Years

The packaging was nice, colourful and showed exactly what the product was. The concept is lovely, great for colour recognition, inclusion of shapes and different textures with the “spiked” edge. Instruction are clear and concise. Simple to use, severally ways to play. My child finds it extremely easy to use. If anything it’s far too easy. It does exactly as it is supposed to however my some did fit it too easy and became bored easily, I feel that the age 4 bracket is too high, this would be better suited to younger children and babies. My son found them very easy to hold, nice shape, ease of use. The concept is fantastic, my son used this toy to stack both vertically and horizontally with ease however I feel that the toy was too young for him, would be better suited to younger children and babies. He grew bored with the toy very quickly, he completed with ease first time. The concept of this toy is fantastic. I love the colours and the ridges, even the drainage holes, they all promote different sensory skills and would overall be a fantastic toy To aid development in a small child. Loved the drainage holes in the cups and this was probably the best use for my son.  He simple used them as cups and played draining the water. My son is already very familiar with all colours / shapes and numbers. He found this toy too easy to utilise and subsequently grew bored very quickly. The toy was only utilised a few times before being cast to one side due to it being “a boring baby toy”. This was used as a bath toy. It did not keep him entertained as he found it too easy to use. I personally feel the age range is off with this item. This would have been a fantastic addition to our toy collection to help with his development from maybe 6 months old. The parts are large enough to be safe for babies. Sensory play is important from such a young age that this would have been amazing. Different textures, colours and the great addition for water play would have been great. Sadly at 3 1/2 my boy found this boring and immediately referred to it as a baby toy. He already knows all colours and shapes, found the stacking far too easy and subsequently cast it to one side. He did enjoy some water play using the parts as cups and a shower to wash other toys. He utilised it more in imaginative play rather than the intended purpose. My son liked the water play aspect of this toy. I loved everything about this toy, the concept, colours and different uses would have been fantastic for sensory play and development, though from a much younger age. My view that it is suitable for up to age 4 is a bit off, it should be lower. The price is around the right mark, I’d have been happy to pay this price for my boy when he was younger. Quality is great, tough and robust, will take being bashed around by younger children. I would buy for a much younger child as a gift. Absolutely would recommend for younger children.  The concept is great and will aid learning and development. I’ve given this 5/5 because I cannot fault the toy itself, it would have been great had my son been younger. He is quite advanced for his age and at 3 1/2 he found this toy to be too babyish. Everything about this toy is wonderful, colour, number and shape recognition, different textures, different uses, water play etc. I would have welcomed this toy had my son been much younger, this would have been fantastic to aid his fine motor skills and development. Unfortunately, I feel the age bracket is wrong. I think it should be marketed from a much younger age up to around 2.5 – 3yrs. It was just too easy for my son and sadly has no benefit in his learning journey as he surpassed this level a long time ago. I’d have loved this toy from him being around 6months old, it could have grown with him. He is now playing with much more advanced toys and enjoying imaginative play. He called this a “boring baby toy” I have absolutely no doubt that he would have loved this toy had he been much younger. Rachel Kendall – Jacob 3 Years 6 Months

My son was really excited to open the Hedgehog stacker. He immediately wanted to open the box and see what was inside. The images on the box clearly show what is inside to ‘hook’ children in. My children respond really well to animal themed toys, as do lots of children. I think the hedgehog is an a great choice of animal. For my son, he used it mostly in the bath. It has been interesting watching him stack it in different ways and run water through each section. He enjoyed filling the head with water to run through the other parts. I really like the details around how the toy can be used as a learning tool in lots of different ways. These ideas are clearly communicated and easy to understand. I think a younger child might find it tricky at first but using the toy will help them with this! The hedgehog shape isn’t the easiest object to hold. However, I found this appropriate for my 3 year old. A younger child may find this difficult and need support from an adult. Stacking vertically was easier for him to handle. Running water through it was his favourite. Aesthetically, they looked good. My son was not too interested in exploring the ridges. My son loved the drainage feature and this was his favourite way to use them. He loves bath time. He used them individually and also ran water through the whole stack. This helped my son to recognise colours and numbers. He would play with these most bath times.  This did keep him entertained along with his other bath toys. I think the toy is very versatile and can be accessed by any age group. I would say my son is at the top end of using it and a 4 year old might not find it very exciting. Perhaps 18-3years is a more appropriate age bracket. My son loved running water through the stack. I enjoyed the animal choice, use in the bath and the multiple learning options. It is a toy that will last a long time. I would be more likely to purchase it around the £10 mark. The quality is very good. I would buy this for my children or as a present for other children. I would recommend for all the reasons listed above.  Thank you for letting me test your product. It is colourful and inviting for children to play with. It is always useful to find a versatile toy that can be played with in and out of the bath. I like toys like this for when we go on holiday as they can be played with in lots of ways. Careful thought has gone into how it can be used in different ways to help children progress with their fine motor skills, numeracy and literacy and this is clearly explained in the instructions. Anna Ronchetti – Ozzy 3 Years
