Nice container, fantastic colour, fitted nice in hand, easy to use great idea, fun name and fantastic smell. Great bottle design, fits nicely in hand not too bulky, doesn’t drip. Easy to follow instructions. Very easy to use. It was right amount of cleaner per sqoosh and cleaned up great and left fab smell. I have a pretty greasy cooker and cleaned it up nicely. I think the refill bottles a fantastic idea, and for it to refill 4 times a pouch it’s cost effective as well. This is a great Eco friendly product and the refill pouch cuts down on plastic waste. Really nice smell last a while as well. Great value for money compared to my normal kitchen cleaner as I am still using it and haven’t needed to refill yet, making it cost effective. I used this most days. Just used this in the kitchen. Great product and great quality. Great cost effective product that saves on environment as well as your pocket. Loved name design, the smell ease of use all round loved it all. I would buy this as it is cost effective, smells great and I love the colour and bottle. I would recommend for the same reasons. It has a fantastic name, with a bottle that fits snuggly in hand. It has a fantastic smell and very pretty colour. Its enviro friendly and cost effective what’s not to like. Looked great and loved the bottle and refill. Liked the look and feel of this product. Love the bottle looks and feels strong enough to use with the refill pouch. Easy to follow instructions well explained. Very easy to use. This worked really well as a kitchen cleaner. Removed grease and stains easily and left me with lovely clean fresh worktops. The refill pouch is great value for money. This is the ideal eco-friendly product and I am always looking to reduce waste. I loved the smell. This lasted well and with the refill I will be able to use the bottle again and again. I used this every day. Mainly used to clean the kitchen. The quality of this product is excellent. Good value and the refill lasts. I loved the bottle, sprays just the right amount, no leaks. I would buy this and will look at other products they supply. I would recommend for the smell and the fact you can get refills so cut down on plastic waste. Easy to use and love the smell. Love the bottle and the smell will keep using and refilling it. The box the items came in was massive and a little OTT for what it was, I appreciate something being packed well so it doesn’t get damaged but for what it was it did seem a bit much. Once opened I noticed all the packaging was recyclable which was pleasing and the colour of the cleaner in the bottle was intriguing. The branding on the bottle was quite simplistic and didn’t detail what the cleaner could do it only states “kitchen cleaner” which surprised me. I think it’s a good idea and will appeal to a lot of people that are nervous about the amount of chemicals in products these days, I personally don’t mind using chemicals as it makes me feel the job of cleaning has been done thoroughly as the chemicals have killed any bacteria. However being asthmatic I do find that strong chemicals make me cough so I was pleased to find that this product didn’t and I worry that the product didn’t have chemicals in that would impact my cleaning, I trusted the product and have been pleased with the results. The branding on the bottle was a little simplistic and if I saw it on a shop shelf I wouldn’t pick it as it would make me think it was a simplistic/inferior product, just the addition of highlighting its best features “removing stains/grease etc.” would draw me in more as that’s ultimately what sells you a product the advertising of what it does. I found the bottle a little slippy the grip and felt that I was going to drop it, I’m not sure if that is down to the recyclable material used or not? My biggest problem with the bottle design was the nozzle it squirted out the cleaner in one small very fast direct stream rather than a wider spread out area like most other cleaners, this made me use more product that I normally would do and was quite frustrating. This I would highly advise is changed; even if it has a couple of options on the end of the nozzle would be better and probably please more people. Instructions were simple, easy and straight forward to understand – maybe add to the back of the bottle as you if this was found on a shop shelf you wouldn’t expect separate instructions – it also would help if you lost the instructions that they were on the bottle. I did not find this easy to use. The bottle was a little slippy and difficult to grip which made me feel I was going to drop it (I didn’t but it was uncomfortable), I also had issue with the nozzle it sprayed the cleaner in one small very fast direct stream rather than a wider spread out area which made me use more cleaner than I usually would and was annoying. for the most part it cleaned all the areas I used it on reasonably well, it didn’t leave a residue which was nice, it did “bubble/froth” quite a bit though which made me use a dry cloth on it afterwards initially to wipe up, I did then try leaving the bubbles which gradually went but didn’t leave a residue so I did that. It was effective, I probably had to scrub marginally more to remove stains but not enough that would put me off using it. The refill is a definite bonus and taking into account is eco-friendly I think this is very reasonably priced, if the couple of things I didn’t love about the product (mainly the slippery bottle and small nozzle) were changed I wouldn’t think twice about buying more. I definitely agreed this product cuts down on plastic and helps the environment, every little bit helps so this is a positive step for cleaning products and hopefully will encourage others to follow suit. The smell of this product is AMAZING and its bestselling point by far! It’s instant when you use it, and lasts a good amount of time. I used a significant amount more of this product compared to my other kitchen cleaner, and I believe it is down to the nozzle design which I would highly recommend is changed. I used this every day at least once/twice sometimes more. I used this on the kitchen counter tops. I like the quality of the product is clean effectively and has an amazing smell, not much more I want out of a kitchen cleaner. Great value for money, especially with the refills and the fact that it is eco-friendly and has no harsh chemicals in it. I loved the smell of this product it lasts for ages and is like no kitchen cleaner I have ever used, all other kitchen cleaners I use smell of chemicals so this was a refreshing change. I would certainly buy just for the smell and if changes were made to the bottle and nozzle I would certainly buy it again, I think I would also have my other products in my cupboard for use during a deep clean but for everyday use I would use this. I would recommend for my friends and family who are conscious about the environment I would recommend this product as an alternative for them to use. I love the smell of this product and the fact that its eco-friendly but the bottle design lets it down for me and I think it there was more marketing/advertising of the “powers” of the cleaner it would sell better.
