As a gadget
lover I was excited when I saw it! Product was well packaged clearly explains
what I was getting. Clear and easy to understand instructions monitor was up
and running within 10 mins. Product is very good quality and all my friends
have passed comment and shown interest. Monitor synced to camera instantly and
was no trouble to set up. I do feel confident I can listen to my twins and as
the monitor has lights activated by sound I can see as well as hear the babies
when they stir. The speaker is very clear although I tend to turn sound down
and rely on the lights to alert me to any noise from the twins. I’ve used
monitor in the garden at rear of house with no loss of picture or sound. The
benefits are At wine o clock I can sit down knowing the twins are safe by
looking at the monitor instead of trips upstairs every few minutes. Very good
technology for the price, smart looking. I would purchase and I would
recommend. The monitor has given me
peace of mind when putting babies to bed, and as it has great reception, I can
use it in any room throughout the house. Installation was easy with more than
enough wire stickers (to run wires from socket to camera) to make a neat
installation near the cot. As the babies grow I think it will be even more
useful in the coming months/years. Helen Anslow – Isla & Harrison – Newborn

I was
impressed by the size of the screen and how sturdy the monitor felt; when I
first switched it on I was amazed at how clear the image was. The monitor was
neatly packaged and easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear, though
personally I found the monitor was extremely easy to set up without even using
the instructions because the buttons on the monitor have easy to understand
symbols to demonstrate what they do. I am really impressed with the camera and
monitor, the image and audio is very clear, additional features like the
thermometer, microphone and night light all make caring for your baby at night
easier. I was really impressed with just how simple it was to set up, I didn’t
even need to look at the instructions. I was pleased to see that cord secure
clips were included as well as pins in order to secure the camera and cords
safely to keep your baby safe. The sound quality is excellent, which means you
can hear your baby clearly stretching, rolling over and sighing, not just
crying. The sound quality is very clear, which is important as my baby has
reflux and I must be able to hear her cough or vomiting even when soundly
asleep myself. We have only tried the monitor within the house and have never
had any issues with the connection. I think the image quality on the monitor is
superb, the sound quality is very clear; I think the thermometer feature,
‘speak to your baby’ microphone and night light all make looking after your
child during the night easier. I believe the quality of the image on the screen
is far superior to other monitors in a similar price bracket, additionally, the
inbuilt thermometer means that if you wanted to buy a separate thermometer for
your child’s room you don’t need to and thus save yourself money. I would purchase as I have been impressed
with the quality of the monitor and think its price reflects that. I would definitely recommend this to my sister
in law who is expecting a baby. I am really pleased with the camera and monitor
system, the image is extremely clear as is the audio. I like being able to
monitor the temperature in my babies room and to be able to speak to her using
the monitor system, it is easy to change the volume, and turn the night light
on which makes going into your child’s room easier in the dark. I would prefer the monitor to exit standby
mode when your baby cries (i.e. enter into video mode) rather than select this
manually if you hear them cry in the night. I also think if the symbols on the
buttons were glow in the dark this would be better to operate them in the night.
Finally, the light on the monitor is very bright in the night so I wish this
could be turned off so as not to disturb mum and dad. Sophie Smith – Violet 11

Very good,
stylish white, good packaging with nice images. Nice packaging perhaps does not
stand out over others on the market. Very detailed instructions, however the product
was so simple that they were not really needed except for details of the two
way nature of the monitor. Great style however the picture could be better pixilated/sharper.
The day/night differences between the quality is stark and in summer, when the
light is not dark at bedtime but the curtains are closed makes for an unclear
picture. Very easy to set up, nothing needed to set it up at all. I do feel
confident using this monitor, and it was fun to listen exactly what our toddler
gets up to before she finally gets to sleep. The audio is excellent even though
we place it at the far side of the room from our toddler. Distance range is
good and we found that we could hear them from the garden even though their
bedroom is on the other side of the house. The audio is fab but the picture
quality lets this product down, we found that while the bedroom was not dark,
but not bright, we had to really try to focus to see what was happening on the
bed. It is quite expensive for the picture quality. I would recommend, but with
warnings that bedroom needs a blackout curtain for the bedroom. Loved the
audio, loved the style and the colour of the monitor. Our toddler loves the
nightlight and we loved seeing what she was up to before sleep but the picture
needs to be clearer for the money that the product costs, alternately the
instructions should stipulate that it works best in a room with blackout
blinds. Elizabeth Anne Berry – Anna & Holly – 5 Weeks & 23 Months
