The packaging was nice and clean looking, with clear
informative text and graphics and appealing colours. Main points come across
effectively in short informative tag lines on front of packet; re-sealable bag
too very appealing and useful. The instructions were clear, straight forward
and easy to follow. The packaging felt high quality, tabs themselves also felt
sturdy and of high quality. Formula worked well at cleaning. At almost 35p a
wash this product comes out on the higher end of prices and being tabs leaves
no room for adjusting quantities for smaller/larger loads which can make
products go further. However, the "nothing to irritate skin” formulation makes
the product more desirable particularly to those with sensitive skin or are
concerned with small children etc. and in that market is of competitive value
with other products currently available. I would consider buying this one
again. My laundry came out clean and without smelling highly of chemicals or
artificial "flavours” even at a low temperature which makes this a very
appealing product, particularly with young children. I would recommend it to
others. Other than being in the higher price range for laundry detergents I
could not fault this product. This is easy to use, skin friendly detergent tabs

The packaging wouldn’t attract me in a shop as it doesn’t
really stand out. It needs to be more eye-catching. Most big brands are
packaged in a way to attract more people and I feel as this is a better product
than others for my child it needs more to it. The instructions were straight
forward dummy proof and to the point. The quality was ok although not very good
on removing grass and mud stains and as a 4 year old boy was my main target for
using this he gets very dirty playing out. His skin was not as bad as when
using my usual brand though. I would consider buying this again if the stain
removal aspect was improved. I would recommend it to others. The smell was not
as pleasant as my usual brand but that aside my son’s skin did improve as it
didn’t irritate him as much. I was lucky enough to test the product with someone
who has skin allergies and I also have eczema and I could see an improvement on
my skin. I would have preferred the packaging to stand out as when looking in
shops and comparing it is very boring and plain. The blue though is a nice
refreshing colour so this with more to make it stand out would be perfect.
Having to use extra stain removing products defeated the object in my opinion
so this would be something to investigate further as to what can be done to

I really liked its smell; washing was lovely and fresh
however the packaging is basic and lacks instant appeal. The instructions were
very easy to read and follow. I thought the quality of the capsules was
fantastic. These definitely offer value for money. I already have bought it
again! I would highly recommend them. Both my children have sensitive skin, so
I was interested to see whether they benefitted from using this product. It has
a lovely fresh scent, which lasts a long time, and I felt offered good value
for money. I have already bought the product again and will continue to do so;
however the packaging isn’t particularly vibrant and lacks appeal. I wouldn’t
have noticed it on a shelf had I not already tested it. Frances King – Tobias 4
