The packaging was secure and it came in a hard cardboard cylinder which protected the product well. Instructions very simple and clear. Easy to follow. Excellent website. There was so much choice and beautiful designs. Easy navigation and search option. My 8 year old navigated her way through without any problems. The quality of the stickers are of a very high standard. They are not flimsy and did not tear despite a slight mishap when putting on the wall. When ordering online only really has an impact on me due to postage costs from abroad. However there can often be a noticeable difference in the quality of the products from the UK. They always appear to be of a slightly higher standard. It is lovely to have the option of personalising products. It gives you something unique as opposed to commercialised. Most definitely offers value for money. The pricing on the website was surprisingly good considering the size options given to some of the stickers. I am currently in the process of ordering personalised stickers for both my daughter’s bedrooms and also a family personalised sticker for the hallway. I already have recommended to family and friends and I know of one friend that has already ordered from them. The quality, choice and ease of use with this product undoubtedly warrant’s a 5. It was very difficult to choose a sticker originally as the range is so extensive. There are so many beautiful designs to choose from that I wanted them all. The product came well packaged and easy to remove from packaging, which is important as you don’t want to do any damage when removing it. The instructions were easy to follow and the sticker was very easy to put on the wall. I managed to do it all on my own. I did have a slight mishap when putting it on the wall but due to the quality of the sticker it was easy to remove and smooth out. There was also no damage done to the sticker after this. This was delivered in tube and well protected. Arrived in perfect condition. Instructions very easy to follow. The website is very easy to navigate and so many designs on offer, had fun looking around for the sticker we wanted. The quality is very good, durable and easy to put on the wall. When purchasing a product I do take into account if the company is based in the UK, mainly due to any issues and having to send product back to be replaced. I would not have ordered from this company due to being outside the UK but after experiencing how easy it is to order and the quality of the product I would use them again. It is always a great benefit to have stickers you can personalise as adds that little something extra. This is certainly very good value for money and free postage is great. I will be purchasing more as we are in the process of decorating our kitchen and living room so will be looking for some to add that little sparkle to each room. I have already recommended as had some lovely comments from friends and family. You are spoilt for choice on this website, but the quality is great, the sticker looks fantastic in Janet’s room and we will be purchasing again from this company. Price varies on stickers and we received £25.00 voucher with free postage included. First impression very flimsy and looks a bit cheap. Arrived well packaged in large tubular box so it didn’t crease. Lots of information given within instructions but not very easy to follow- did not feel comfortable putting it up on my own and without a spatula in case it went wrong and ripped the wall paper. I found the website quite difficult to search for products and couldn’t find a way of saving items to pick my favourite at the end. Very flimsy and photo frames are not a standard size so difficult to get prints to fit (this is mentioned on the website though but would be easier to use a standard frame size). No tools provided to help put it up. I would not buy an expensive product from a foreign company in case I could not send it back. I did like the fact you can personalise the Tenstickers. I feel to represent good value for money it would be better to pay a bit more and have your pictures printed with the sticker the correct size to fit in frames. Website not very easy to navigate round, product very flimsy and looks cheap. I would consider buying stickers again but would probably look elsewhere and pay a bit more for better quality.
