When this arrived just loved the cover.  The cover was bright and exciting. The book is entertaining for children and kept both my daughters entertained. My girls love nature and this book encouraged them to think about nature and relate to their own experiences. This book sparked conversations about special gifts and how they like receiving them as well as giving them.  They both found this book magical and fascinating. We loved the illustrations they really captured the story well.  Fabulous illustrations bright and colourful with great detail. My oldest asked for it at bed time on a couple of occasions.   My girls loved chatting about what we could see in the pictures. I really loved the story. The age suitability is ideal as it appealed to my 6 year old but was a little lengthy for my 3 year old. This is good value for money. Great quality book that could withstand being read over and over. I would buy this as great book I would gift to friends. I would recommend as a lovely book and story. Great meaningful story for older children.  Sarah Thirling – Molly & Lucy 6 & 3 Years

I like the look of the book, the illustrations are a really nice style .My son prefers brighter colours, and wasn’t immediately drawn in,  however he is still quite young. I think the length and the content of the book would appeal more to children who are slightly older, however My son seemed engaged and asked a lot of questions. He seemed to like the pages with brighter colours. It did enhance his interest in nature  He already loves nature so he asked me multiple questions whilst I was reading it to him. We try to encourage our son to speak his feelings and be open, so I really think the book helped to make him think more about how doing so can bring him rewards. He did find this book interesting and fascinating and he particularly liked the faerie and the golden eggs. The illustrations did bring the story to life. I love the illustrations and the style. We read this book for 3 different bed times. He liked the brighter colour, the faerie and the golden eggs. I liked the illustrations and the message it sends. At 5 years of age he may be just slightly too young to really understand it, but he enjoyed it all the same. I think this would be good value as a nice gift. Cannot fault the quality of this book. I would buy it as a gift for someone. I would recommend as it sends a good message. I really like the book. The pictures are fantastic and the message it sends to children is really important. My son was slightly too young to find it 100% engaging, but I think it would be a great story for other children his age and older. Tim Capp – Edison 5 Years

This book looked good quality and interesting when it arrived. I think the front cover is a bit bland, would not catch my eye in a book store and does not really enhance the lovely story it has to tell. This story has a lovely message and helped my twins learn more about nature and being kind. They already like the outside and are interested in animals and the flowers and how things grow, but this certainly did increase their interest in nature and lots of questions were asked. The message it sends out is very good for children to learn and this was a big talking point for us. This book certainly brings out the magic and is like a lovely fairy tale.  The illustrations were superb and bought the whole story to life. It has been read regularly and we still read it once a week at bedtime as they enjoy it so much. The illustrations in this book are just lovely. They both loved the tree faery. I liked the illustrations and the message in the story. This was the ideal age group book for my twins. A high quality book and definitely worth the money. I would buy this and already bought as a gift for a friend.  Would definitely recommend as a magical story with a lovely message. I think this is a great book for any child and would appeal to young and older children. Me and my twins loved this book and it has been enjoyed so much. Zena Wallis – Jack & Suzanna 6 Years
