Initial it was hard to get the balm on my finger but as it softened and got warm became easier. Attractive packaging and had a nice smell. I really liked the packaging; it looks high end without the high end price. The product didn’t come with any instructions although it’s a nappy balm so self-explanatory. Good quality product, nice smell was hard to get out at first and also hard to see where you had applied to baby’s skin. Once the balm had warmed up was easier to use. This is good value. Although looked a small tub for the price a little goes a long way. I would buy again when it runs out. I would recommend. Overall I am very pleased with this product and would use again. Whilst using the product my baby only had a slight rash once which it did clear up. My baby’s bottom felt soft after using this product. I also had very dry skin on my hand and knuckles I used the balm on my hands and it worked wonders. It was harder to remove from tub than other products at first but did get easier. I really liked the gentle smell of this product. Did seem expensive at first but a little goes a long way and I am nowhere near running out. Attractively packaged. Very different to the nappy cream we had previously been using. Simple to follow instructions – not really needed them apart from looking at them for the initial use. The quality is good. It has taken a while to get used to the texture of the product – very waxy. The nappy balm is lasting well but I would not choose to pay this much for a nappy balm usually. The nappy balm is a nice smelling product. Whilst using this product my daughter cut her first two teeth and started with a slight nappy rash however it quickly disappeared. From the information on the packaging this product is part of a 4 step bedtime routine and it would have been interesting to see what the other products in this routine were like as bath time is an important part of our bedtime routine. Louise Russell – Poppy 5 Months

Looked good quality nappy balm. Lovely smell and balm very soft. Really nicely packaged. Easy screw cap lid so baby can’t remove it, nicely presented. Instructions simple to follow. Quality is very good and nice smelling and got rid of redness on my baby’s skin. This is good value as lasts a long while but would expect a larger pot for the price. I will be purchasing his again. I would also recommend. Lovely product which was gentle on baby’s skin, nice subtle fragrance not too overpowering, felt very soft and keeps baby’s skin smooth and got rid of redness. Amanda Norris – Oscar 8 Months
