It
came in a cool and compact tin and looked fun.
The packaging is a sturdy tin that it all fits neatly into and eye
catching. Once I had read the
instructions a couple of times and started to play it was relatively easy to
understand the rules and the concept. My
son understood the concept and once we started playing he picked it up really
quickly. Even though my son is a very
clever boy I was worried that the concept might have been too difficult for him
to pick up. I thought he would struggle
using alternative words for the harder tiles but he picked it up really well. Once we had played a couple of games and we
had all got the hang of it we all really enjoyed it. It is not a really long
game which is good as sometimes games can get tedious if the kids are not
paying attention and are getting bored. I
would say it helps his development by word building, as he has to quickly use
his brain to find alternative words as a description for his turn. I think it is simple enough once you know how
to play it. We managed a couple of games every time before my son got bored.
But I don’t think that it would be a game to suit all children’s tastes,
especially they type of children who are more interested in action packed
things. We played the game as two players and we found that the way the
instructions said to score wasn’t working so we decided another way to keep
score. This is excellent quality. It
definitely offers value for money. It’s a perfect price for a gift for an older
child e.g. friend. I think the boards
may be a little on the small side but overall I think it’s a great game for an
older child. I would buy it. My son loves intellectual games and enjoys using
his brain. I would recommend as there are not many simple, kid friendly games
around for older children that don’t cost a fortune or take up a lot of time. Great
fun game for older children who enjoy testing their brain. Melanie Phillips – Hayden 10 years

I
always love new games so getting this one was exciting. It looked interesting
and we couldn’t wait to play it. Packaging is quite eye catching and explains
what the game involves. The game is straightforward but makes you think and try
and work out what you might do on your next go. They understood what to do
quite quickly but sometimes found it hard to implement their ideas. I think 10+ is the ideal age for this – we
tried it with our 7 year old as well but she struggled more to understand the
concept. It kept them busy for a while
and they definitely had to use their brains to play the game. It helps with connecting words and
understanding connections between things. It is simple enough to play but could
also be adapted to be a shorter play – maybe connecting 2 cards at a time
rather than 3. Quality is very good, Cards
aren’t flimsy so will last well. Not the
cheapest game of this type that I’ve seen but definitely not the most
expensive. It was a good game but
nothing stands out. I’m not sure if it
is one that we’d go for as we have a younger daughter who found it difficult
but our 10 year old enjoyed it. I would recommend it for families with children
over 10 years old. It’s a good game although
is slightly more serious than some we would choose to play. Make your children think while having fun! Rebecca Jones – Imogen 10 years

Well-presented box, colourful and outlined what the game was
clearly. We like word games in our
household so keen to start playing. Instructions
clear and precise and outline concept of game clearly. Suzanna got to grips with game quickly. It makes you think of alternative words to
describe someone or something. Very quick
thinking word game which was challenging to us all. Does not last long but works the brain and
was fun for all the family. Helps you
think on your feet quickly and use alternative words which develop your word
associations. Very fast pace, fun interactive
game. We have all enjoyed this game and
I would purchase as a gift and already recommended. Suzanna enjoyed the game and we do play this
as a family. Will be one to use at
birthdays and Christmas too as fast and fun.Peter
