The
bear is a slightly odd looking creature but soft and quite charming. It has
magnetic legs and a large head (where the battery compartment is kept). My
newborn was too young to play with it but my 5 year old liked it and gave it a
name immediately. (She called it Tommy bear!). It came in its own fabric pouch,
made of soft material. It looked attractive and I was interested to see what
was inside. The packaging was easy to get into and I was able to use the
product immediately. It’s very easy to use! The instructions are useful as you
can change the volume which I wouldn’t have known had it not been for the
instructions and it explained that the bear would make white noise upon
pressing the button and would start again if it detected the baby’s cry.It
has been an amazing sleep aid for our baby boy. Numerous times he has been
super tired but refusing to sleep, we put "Tommy bear" on and he’s
fallen asleep within minutes. It’s not fool proof obviously but has certainly
helped more often than not. At nearly £40 it is quite pricey but given
the amount of extra sleep we’ve got from it, it’s worth its weight in gold!
It’s well-made and looks like it would last well beyond one child. Had
I been asked beforehand if I’d spend £40 on a sleep toy, I’d have said no way!
However, having used this product and witnessed first-hand how effectively it
has helped my baby to sleep, I’d definitely buy it! £40 for some extra sleep
with a newborn is worth every penny! In fact I wish I’d had one for my
eldest child! I can’t really think of anything to change as the product is best
kept simple. Too many options and buttons to press at 3am would hinder the
product! I would recommend this product without hesitation. A super product
which surprised me with its effectiveness in supporting my child to sleep. It
is easy to use, charming to look at and useful. The Volume of white noise can
be adjusted and it hasn’t hindered my sleep (despite being very close to me).
It hasn’t been used as a toy by baby (he is too young) so it’ll be
interesting to see if he finds "Tommy bear" appealing when he gets a
bit older. I would buy this product and recommend it to others.Wendy May –

Looked
interesting as we have a newborn baby and this looked like a good product to
try on him. It came in a cardboard box (a nice one) with their logo on and
inside everything was packed separately with clear instructions on how to use
the bear. There was also a little letter from the company thanking me for
trying the product out which is a nice touch. Instructions were very clear and
easily laid out. I thought the whole product including the packaging was of a
very good quality. The bear also has a nice grey bag for it to be stored in
which is a nice touch. This shows it is good quality. I like the
magnetic feet, this was great for hanging the bear if I needed too
and if you wanted to put it onto the floor with your child then all the legs
separated like a an octopus. For me the Whisbear is a great idea as it helped
soothe our baby but I feel it is expensive for what it is. I have another
similar product which had more white noise options and a song although it
doesn’t have the magnetic feet. I would
like to have more choice of white noise sounds, for example each leg could have
a different sound. I would recommend this product. Overall I thought the Whisbear was a
fantastic product and many a time it helped soothe our little one. I like all
the features it offers but as I mentioned maybe a few more white noise options
would be good. The bear has a shut off feature after 40mins which is great
especially at night as is the cry detector; it was well presented, easy to use
and looks lovely especially having the different colours on the legs. Sam

Very
soft and love the grey colouring. The bright coloured legs with different
textures are also lovely and easy for baby to hold.Well packaged and
arrived in perfect condition. Very clear instructions and easy to
use. Feels very good quality nothing
cheap about it. The pricing is about right I would say.My little
one had colic and sleeps well with background noise so having this little bear
attached to her crib has been a god send. I think £39 may be a bit expensive
for some people but for me it would be something I would purchase at that price
if it calmed my baby. I would purchase this product it is a lovely
product I would consider buying as a gift also.The only thing I could
think of is to offer this in different colours.
I would definitely recommend. This
is a great product and really worked with my little one and helped calm her in
both her crib and swing chair. I like the fact you can fit the legs round
anything so it is very portable and versatile. It is soft and colourful. I like
the sound it makes and the fact you can adjust the volume and it has a timer.
Just some different colours are the only improvements I can think of. Thank you
for allowing me to review. My little ones colic has passed but she still loves
to play with it and crinkles its legs and chews its face. The sound is not used
as much now she is bigger but as I said was a god send in those first 8 weeks.
