Was given a number of options for different
jackets and seems well constructed. Came in a plastic delivery bag, no other
wrapping. Great idea to allow for not having to buy bigger clothing during
pregnancy and also can be used after birth when baby wearing. Very simple
product that is easy to fit. Package didn’t come with any instructions but did
receive email with this information in. Company checked which type of zip my
jacket had to ensure I received the right fit. It was easy to zip in and attach
to jacket. I did give this a go while still pregnant to see how it fitted and
found it very comfortable. However with
it being august there was not much need for a jacket! I use a sling for baby
carrying and have been able to put my jacket over the top. It felt very secure
and was easy to get in and out. My partner did not us this expander panel. The
thing I liked most about this jacket was the ability to be able to use it in in
a variety of jackets, easy to transfer from one to another. Only currently used
for a short time but appears to be sturdy and good quality. As it is so
versatile it provides very good value for money and saves having to make
additional unnecessary purchases. I would buy this product. I would certainly recommend. Very easy to use product that can be used
both during pregnancy and after birth. This added versatility makes it a good
investment that can be used long term. The opportunity to have different
colours may appeal to some to allow it to be worn with different items. The fact that it can also be used with allsny

A great idea that I wish I’d come across
during my pregnancy. The product arrived in a plain plastic bag with no
instructions but it was clean and ready to use. Great concept! In enables the
pregnant mother to keep warm without having to buy another coat. It also keeps
parent and baby close after birth. After discussing the type of zip on my
jacket with a member of staff I received a product with a matching zip. It was
easy to use. I wish I’d been given this when I was pregnant in the winter with
my twins. I used it after pregnancy. I used it alongside a baby sling. I wore
the baby sling then wore coat around me and my baby. As my baby is a new-born (and
no instructions came with the product) I decided to use a sling too. My baby
was secure inside and it kept us both warm. My partner didn’t use it as the zip
type didn’t match his jacket. The thing I loved most was it kept my baby close
to me. Good quality. Although it saves the parent from buying a new coat I do
think it’s expensive for what it is. I probably would’ve bought it as my belly
grew and my jacket got tighter. I wouldn’t have bought it after I had the baby
as I could keep them warm in their pram. I would definitely tell friends who
are pregnant throughout the cold months about it. A good idea for expectant

It seems expensive for what it is but may be
useful with baby in a sling. Good, clear, appealing images on the packaging. Handy
if people have existing costs they want to extend but only suits a certain type
of coat and so is limited, Instructions clear and straightforward. After an
initial fiddle it was easy to attach. Reasonably comfortable but not a good look.
Not uncomfortable but would rather wear an open jacket and have the ease of use
of one less step getting baby in and out of the sling, plus if baby is fully
clothed then in the carrier this feels like one too many layers. Partner felt
the same and did try this out. I liked that it gives added options and may be
useful for short walks if you don’t want to put an extra layer of clothing on
baby and don’t plan on getting them out of the carrier. Good quality, no loose
seams etc. but not sure on fabric choice. Seems expensive for limited options
style wise for what, for us, even as everyday carrier users, would be a product
used infrequently if at all. Initially I thought this was a great
concept, we are walkers and live in a hilly area and didn’t even bother with a
pram, opting instead to use a carrier full time – I thought this would be very
useful. However I don’t like how it looks aesthetically and it would be hard to
get a panel to complement all the different coats out there, plus it feels
entirely unnecessary, we often get baby in and out of the carrier to feed so he
needs to be dressed in a weather appropriate way, therefore his clothes and a
carrier and the panel is too many layers in my opinion, plus I didn’t like the
extra step it added to getting baby quickly in and out of his carrier. Danika
