My first impression when I received this heater was that it looked good, nice and slim with a trendy feel to it. It moved easily and the instructions to get it set up were easy enough to follow. This was well packaged and arrived with no damage to the box and the heater was secure inside with plenty of padding to keep it safe. The initial set up instructions were very easy to follow so I could get the heater up and running, they did however get slightly confusing when I started to look at them to programme heater for different time periods. The instructions for using the remote control were very vague, however once I got used to using the heater and worked out the pattern
for using it the instructions weren’t really needed. I can’t really find a fault with the quality. At first I thought the flap that held the spare cable into the unit seemed quite flimsy and felt it would break soon after using a few times however I have been proved wrong and it is standing up to use well. This is definitely good value for money. It heats up really quickly and I am sure that it uses less electricity but haven’t done a comparison other than it is much more effective that an oil radiator we have also used. It seems an expensive outlay but it able to quickly heat a relatively large area and with the dual settings it is easy to use it in different spaces and not waste electricity. Although it does seem a big outlay for a heater, the fact that it works so well and efficiently makes it well worth buying. I would highly recommend this heater. Can’t fault this at all! Very lightweight and sleek. Packaged very well, and arrived safely. Instructions are clear and simple. Excellent quality very well made and looked stylish. This does offer value for money. I would consider purchasing this heater. Already have recommended. Whilst it’s not as cheap to run as it claims (although, to be fair, it’s electrical heating – of course it’ll be expensive to run), it rapidly heats up the room and I can see no major flaws with it. The radiator is modern & compact. The remote & control panel look easy to use. I didn’t turn the radiator on for a few weeks after receiving it as the weather wasn’t cold enough to test it out. Packaging was secure and the product arrived undamaged. It was clearly labelled to say what was inside the box, what the main features were and what the product looked like. The instructions are relatively simple and all in English so you don’t have to search through the booklet to find the section you need. The instructions are easy to follow. The wheels don’t turn very well and are quite stiff. The ‘door’ for the cord storage compartment doesn’t close very easily. The product warms up to the desired temperature very quickly but the sides of the radiator are very hot to touch. I therefore, have to keep my
crawling baby well away for it as it could burn. My 3 year old is just about old enough to understand not to touch it but I still wouldn’t leave her with it unsupervised. In the ‘Important Safety Advice’ section of the instruction booklet it does say ‘Children of less than 3
years should be kept away unless continually supervised’. This product is billed as an eco-radiator, I believe, as it is electric and doesn’t have any oil in it. The lack of oil does mean however that as soon as you turn it off, it cools down almost instantly. I think that it is rather expensive. There are many other portable radiators on the market for less money. An expensive but easy to use, compact radiator that heats up quickly & efficiently.
