Extremely well made, odour free straight from the packaging, quality product. Mattress arrived safely thanks to good quality packaging. Came with a full set of instructions with full detail of how the product was made by hand in an envelope, felt very nice to open, and gave a good sense of confidence in the product. Handmade extremely nice.  Felt like time and care was taken oven it being made and this made me feel special and that they cared about my little one. Supplied with cotton ticking cover which has a zip fastening. My son did not have any accidents sleeping on this mattress. Jacob slept very well; mattress didn’t leave indents when Jacob was moving round on it. I feel this did help improve his sleeping as he doesn’t wake for a feed in the night anymore. This is Fantastic value for money. We have a Mamas and Papas mattress which was more expensive but is nowhere near the quality of this one, it’s a mass produced product with no natural materials, this one is better made and is kinder to baby. No need to change a winning formula as design fantastic. I would purchase this item, given we have paid more for an inferior product. I would highly recommend. I would give it a 6 if I could! This is a very good product it feels very sturdy. It does smell slightly when you initially remove the plastic cover but this soon wears off. The mattress was very well packaged and protected when I received it. The instructions are very thorough and told me exactly how to care for this mattress. I am really happy with the quality; the mattress feels very sturdy and sprung. The outer cover can be removed and washed if it’s needed. I’ve had no problems keeping this mattress clean. My son has been sick but I have had no problems at all keeping the mattress clean. This mattress feels very comfortable and thick and my son has had no problems at all sleeping on it. I’m not sure about his health but he has definitely slept better since I’ve been using the mattress. I think that the product is a good price for the quality of the mattress. The design is great and I would consider purchasing this mattress. I would also recommend to others. I have been pleasantly surprised with this product it is good quality, firm and easy to clean. My first thought was that the mattress itself appeared a lot thinner than my previous cot mattress. The cot bed mattress came in as little packaging as it possibly could. Actually the information that came with the product was very informative both in regards to the product itself and the manufacturing details. I think the mattress is a lot thinner than my previous cot bed mattress and I would worry that it wouldn’t last as long. This does have a removable cover but not water proof. I used a waterproof sheet on top of mattress to protect it but tip cover can be removed and washed.  My son did sleep well using this mattress. I think my baby slept well but he also slept well on the other mattress although personally I feel like having an organic mattress makes me feel better. I think I would expect to pay this for a mattress of this spec and therefore represents good value for money. I would be interested in a thicker mattress giving that I would like my son to use it until his cot turns to cot bed and I would worry it would get thinner and thinner over the years. I would consider purchasing this item if they had a thicker version. I would recommend as I think it is great quality it is only the longevity of the product that concerned me.
