My
initial impression of this was that it looked clean and medicinal like
(expected from an antiseptic cream). The packaging also has an ‘organic’ and
natural feel to it with the use of the green cross (as opposed to the usual red
and white first aid cross). It was not too busy either. The instructions were
easy to read and follow. The quality is excellent; lovely fresh tea tree smell
and the cream was a good consistency for applying and absorbed well. It does
offer value for money; I think that if you are ‘pro’ natural products, you
would expect to pay more than you would for a traditional antiseptic cream. Only
a small amount is needed so would expect it to last for a fairly long time. I
would buy this again. As it has the tea tree aroma it means that I can call it
magic cream and my boys don’t mind me applying it to bumps and grazes. It is also free from ‘nasties’ like parabens,
lanolin and artificial colourings and fragrances. I would highly recommend it
to others. It’s a handy size to pop into changing bag/handbag/bottom of pram;
its 30ml so can get through airport security. It has a nice aroma, clean and
fresh. This is a lovely natural alternative to traditional antiseptic cream. Suzanne

The
product looked good when it arrived, but package must have got squashed in
post, so when I opened the tube, a large bit squirted out. A box would have
been better. The instructions were great and easy to follow. The cream has a good
texture, and I use Nelsons teething powder so know it is a quality brand. It
probably is a bit more expensive than I would normally think of paying but I
would consider buying this again. I would recommend this to others; it is good
and very soothing. We didn’t need to use it very often, but it was really
useful when we did! Lisa

Arrived
well packaged. You could tell from the
packaging immediately that it was some sort of medical product. Not sure it would necessarily stand out on
the shelves of a supermarket though. Instructions focused on how to break
the seal of the tube rather than how to apply the product or what type of
wounds it is good for. An example of the
type of detail I would have expected (taken from a competitor product’s
packaging) is: "Use to cleanse & help prevent infection: First Aid. Cuts
& grazes, Insect bites & stings, Minor burns & scalds, Shaving
cuts. Skin problems. As an antiseptic hand cream, Blisters & sores, Chapped
skin, Nappy rash, Spots & blackheads, Sunburn. There were also no safety instructions other
than "Do not use if sensitive to any ingredients”. This is unusual for a medical type
product. I would have also expected the
packaging to give examples of the types of wounds that it is good for. The website wasn’t informative either. The actual product was nice – the tea tree
oil gave it a lovely smell and it made the skin tingle when applied. Personally
I felt this was expensive compared to other similar products. I don’t think the product is any better
than its competitors to justify the higher retail price. My daughter really liked the tingly sensation
of the product as she thought it was magically healing her finger. I cannot fault the product but think that the
instructions and retail price should be revisited. Brigitte Murray – Amber and Jack 3 & 1
