Nicely packaged in a small padded envelope. Can be posted through a letter box. I was pleased to test these as I had seen them advertised and liked the concept of them. As baby nails are so tricky to cut. Instructions easy to follow. Pictures were helpful. The concept isn’t too complicated so it was easy to get to grips with. The Thumble  is nice and easy to use. Was too small for my husband to use but fitted my thumb just fine. The nail files were easy to snap off and use. the scissors were easy to use but I preferred the files, as these worked well on my sons nails so I didn’t need the scissors very often.  I was very confident using this set as no more worries about clipping babies sensitive finger tips with nail clippers. Very easy to use the files. Using this set I did find I did not need scratch mittens. less scratches on his face as the file left the nail ends softer than normal clippers do. the clear case is easy to keep it together and you can see what you are trying to find in it. I used this set every 2 weeks so about 4 times. A good product, that works well. it’s worth the money to protect babies skin from scratches and avoid clipping babies fingers. I like how smooth it makes babies nails. IT is easy to use and set up. this is the perfect gift for a new mum as it is something you might not realise you need but helps make your life easier. I would buy this as works well, great for tiny fingers. Would recommend for the same reasons. This worked well for me was easy to set up and I used it when my son was sleeping, it made his nails short and soft. Far less face scratches. My husband has wide thumbs so his thumb was too wide to use the Thumble. This was easy to set up the clear bag made it simple to find things, worked well. I would recommend it. I was intrigued by the idea and thought that the item was well presented.  I like the concept of the product especially as we have found it difficult to cut our daughter’s nails so I was looking forward to trying this. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. On the whole the Thumble  is easy to use however it can take a bit if practice to get used to it and develop your ‘technique’. Again once you’ve practiced a little the files are easy to use and make it easier to keep on top of your baby’s nails. I felt confident using this set. after struggling to cut and clean nails which seem to grow incredibly fast this seemed easier and safer especially when feeding as it meant I could hold my daughter’s hand which she enjoys.  I felt that I didn’t have to use scratch mittens during the day but I would at night just to make sure my daughter didn’t scratch her eyes out. More paranoia than necessary I think. The drawstring pouch allows us to keep everything together and stored nicely in her baby box. I would use these at least once a week. I think the quality is good and offers a good alternative to scissors and clippers especially if you are having difficulties trimming down your babies nails. This set is good value if you are prepared to practice a little and persevere a little. But it does take time to get the nails filed so a little bit at each feed is ideal. I liked the safety of this set. I was always incredibly nervous trying to use scissors and clippers. This set would make ideal gift for new mum or a baby shower gift. Something different and something that not every new mum would necessarily think about. I would buy this as it is a good was to keep on top of my daughter’s nails. I would recommend for the same reasons as above. Once used to it this product is a great way to trim baby’s nails. Not full marks because it takes some getting used to initially in order for it to be effective.  I like the concept and idea of this product and found it very helpful to reduce the sharpness of my daughter’s nails. I found using the files little and often was the best way to do this. I much preferred this to using scissors or clippers. Charlotte Padmore – Belle 3 Months

Arrived well-presented  and nicely packaged. I liked the shape and quality of the box. Great concept as it’s so tricky to cut/file babies’ nails – especially one-handed! Nice and simple to follow instructions. However, I did find the arrows on the direction of use a little hard to understand/interpret. I liked the idea of the Thumble but found it harder to use in practice – I struggled not to file my baby’s finger along with the nail. It is easier to be more precise with a separate little file. The snap-off adhesive nail files were easy to apply to the Thumble. However, I did find it hard to isolate the nail from the finger when filing. I don’t know if I used the scissors  at the wrong angle, or if my baby’s nails are too short, but I couldn’t get these to cut. I feel his nails are still too small and I find it easier to use little nail clippers.  I felt confident and liked the idea of the set but didn’t find them as effective as my current method I’m afraid.  I wasn’t able to get a completely smooth cut using this set so still needed to cover my baby’s hands at night. I liked the plastic case as it was very compact and useful. I used this set about 4 times during a month. Very good quality which looks like it will last a long time. If this had worked well for us then yes good value, but it was not suitable for us unfortunately. I liked the presentation, packaging and organisational elements. It was also good quality and aesthetically pleasing! If I felt it worked better would be ideal gift. I personally would not buy this as I found it tricky to use and achieve the desired effect with. I would not recommend for the same reason. I really like the concept and quality of the product but, unfortunately, found it hard to use and I find I can get better results with more basic methods. I really like the idea and concept of this product and feel that the quality and packaging of it is great. However, I feel that, while trying to simplify a tricky task, it actually made it more challenging and was a bit cumbersome for tiny little fingers and nails. Perhaps it would work better on bigger babies. Kerry Howard – Finley 4 Months
